Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. EXCLUSIVE USA SHIPPING
Lunarti currently ships exclusively to customers within the United States of America. We do not process international orders to other regions at this time.
2. HOW WE SHIP
Delivering a fragile crystal mosaic artwork from our studio to your home requires precision, care, and the right partner. We ship exclusively with DHL Express, chosen for its reliability on international art-level shipments and its door-to-door tracking.
3. PROCESSING TIME VS. TRANSIT TIME
Please allow for two distinct phases after you place your order.
• Processing Time (Preparation): Every artwork is inspected, cleaned, and securely packed by hand. Please allow 2–4 business days for this process after your order is placed.
• Transit Time: Once handed to DHL, delivery to the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
• Delays: While DHL Express is reliable, occasional delays due to customs inspections, weather, or remote area delivery can occur. Please allow a buffer of up to 7 additional business days for these rare exceptions.
4. SHIPPING COSTS & TAXES — ALL-INCLUSIVE
The price you see is the final price you pay.
• Shipping: Complimentary. We cover the full cost of insured DHL Express Priority shipping.
• Import Duties & Tariffs: Included. We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable US import duties and tariffs are included in your purchase price. You will not be charged any additional import fees by the courier upon delivery.
• Sales Tax: Applicable sales taxes, where required by law, are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.
5. PACKAGING & SAFETY
We do not use standard retail packaging. Your artwork is shipped in gallery-standard protective packaging appropriate for international air transit.
• Secure Protection: We use reinforced cushioning materials to safeguard the anti-reflective glass and handcrafted frame from vibration and impact during the journey.
6. INSURANCE & SECURITY
Every Lunarti shipment is fully insured against loss or damage door-to-door.
• Signature Required: Due to the value of our artworks, we require a direct signature upon delivery. DHL is instructed not to leave the package on a porch or doorstep.
• Transfer of Responsibility: Responsibility for the artwork transfers to you once the shipment is marked as delivered by DHL and signed for at the delivery address.
• Your Responsibility: Please ensure someone is available at the address to sign for the package.
7. DAMAGED ARRIVALS — THE 48-HOUR INSPECTION RULE
While damage is extremely rare, accidents can happen. To ensure your insurance claim is valid, please follow this protocol immediately upon delivery:
1. Inspect the box: If the exterior packaging looks crushed, punctured, or wet, photograph the box before opening it.
2. Inspect the artwork: Open the package immediately and, if the artwork is damaged, photograph the damage clearly.
3. Report within 48 hours: Email hello@lunarti.com within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with your photos. Failure to report within this window may affect the validity of the insurance claim.
