This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Lunarti collects when you visit or shop at lunarti.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.

We collect what we need to ship your artwork, support you, and reach you through advertising. We don't sell your data. If you have questions, email us at hello@lunarti.com.

1. WHAT WE COLLECT

We collect personal information in three categories:

Information you give us

• Contact and shipping details: your name, delivery address, phone number, and email address.

• Payment information: card details processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal. We do not store your full card number.

• Communications: anything you write to us — support requests, questions, or commission inquiries.

• Commission materials: images and reference files you submit for a Bespoke Commission. See Section 5.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browsing data: your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you navigate the site. Collected via cookies and similar technologies.

• Order history: items viewed, added to cart, purchased, or returned.

Information from third parties

Shopify, PayPal, and DHL may share information with us that is necessary to process your order and deliver your artwork.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Orders and delivery: to process your purchase, arrange shipping with DHL, and manage returns.

• Customer support: to respond to your questions and resolve issues.

• Legal and financial records: to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

• Security: to detect and prevent fraud.

• Site improvement: to understand how visitors use our site.

• Marketing: to let you know about new artworks and studio updates. You can opt out at any time.

• Advertising: to run ads on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms using data from our site and Google Analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

• Shopify: our store platform, which handles payments and site operations.

• DHL Express: to arrange your delivery.

• PayPal: if you choose PayPal at checkout.

• Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms: to run advertising campaigns.

• Legal authorities: where required by law or to protect our rights.

• Business transfers: in the event of a merger or sale. We will notify you.

We do not sell your information.

4. COOKIES

We use cookies — small files placed on your device — to operate the site and understand how it is used.

• Essential cookies: required for your shopping cart, secure checkout, and session management. The site cannot function properly without these.

• Functional cookies: remember your preferences to improve your browsing experience.

• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracks site traffic and browsing behavior to help us understand how the site is used and to inform our advertising.

• Advertising and tracking pixels: Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms we use collect browsing and interaction data to enable targeted advertising and measure campaign performance.

Your choices: You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling essential cookies will affect checkout functionality. We also support the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal — if we detect it, we treat it as a request to limit non-essential data processing for that session.

5. BESPOKE COMMISSIONS — YOUR SUBMITTED IMAGES

If you commission a custom crystal mosaic artwork and submit personal photographs (of people, pets, or spaces), here is exactly how those images are handled:

• Used only for your commission: your images are processed solely to design and create the artwork you ordered. Nothing else.

• Never used for AI training, advertising, or resale: your private photographs remain private.

• Deleted after delivery: source files are stored only for the duration of production plus 90 days after delivery (to support any post-delivery issues). After that, they are permanently deleted.

• No biometric processing: we do not collect, analyze, or store facial recognition data or any other biometric identifiers.

• Your responsibility: by submitting an image, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

6. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill our legal obligations, and resolve any disputes. Bespoke commission source files are deleted 90 days after confirmed delivery. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the following rights in relation to your personal information. We will never treat you differently for exercising them.

• Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

• Correction: ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information.

• Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain it.

• Opt out of marketing: unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing hello@lunarti.com.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what categories of personal information we have collected, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes. To opt out of advertising-related data sharing, email hello@lunarti.com. We do not sell your personal information.

How to exercise your rights: email hello@lunarti.com. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

8. SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information — including encrypted HTTPS transmission, access controls, and Shopify's industry-standard payment security infrastructure.

No system is completely secure. If you have reason to believe your interaction with us has been compromised, please contact us immediately at hello@lunarti.com.

9. CHILDREN

Our Services are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may contain links to external websites or social media platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external site before sharing your information there.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email or by a notice on our website where required. We encourage you to check this page periodically.
