Yes. Due to the value of the art, we require a direct signature. DHL is instructed not to leave the package on a porch.

• Damaged during delivery: We take full responsibility and resolve the situation promptly in line with our policies.

Because each artwork is one of a kind, resolutions may include repair, replacement with a comparable piece, or refund - depending on the circumstances.

If you choose to return an In-Stock item (change of mind), you have two options:

1. Store Credit: We waive the fees. You get the full value (minus shipping) to choose another piece.
2. Cash Refund: We deduct a 15% Restocking Fee to cover the logistics of inspection and restocking. Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
